At Parrish Senior Consultation Center, we understand that aging brings unique medical, cognitive and social challenges that can affect a person’s ability to live safely and independently. Our compassionate team is dedicated to helping older adults and their families navigate these changes with confidence through comprehensive, personalized care.

Led by board-certified geriatrician Dr. Pamela Tronetti and Rebecca Fobes, APRN, DNP, AGPCNP-C, our center provides comprehensive “head-to-toe” evaluations tailored to the unique needs of older adults. Prior to the appointment, patients complete a detailed assessment questionnaire that helps guide a thorough evaluation, including a physical exam, memory testing, balance and gait assessment, medical history and medication review and an evaluation of social supports and living arrangements.

Each consultation typically lasts between one and one-and-a-half hours, allowing ample time to fully understand each patient’s health concerns, functional abilities and support needs. Following the assessment, patients and families receive a coordinated, personalized care plan tailored to promote healthier aging, greater independence and improved quality of life.

Parrish Senior Consultation Center welcomes self-referrals, caregiver referrals and physician referrals. Medicare and most major insurance plans are accepted.
