Public Service Announcement - Temporary Closure of Parrish Healthcare Center at Titus Landing

Titusville, FL (August 1, 2025)—Parrish Healthcare announces the temporary closure of its Parrish Healthcare Center at Titus Landing while the landlord, The Inland Group, works to fix the building’s HVAC system.

“The health and safety of our patients and Care Partners remains our highest priority,” said Parrish Healthcare President/CEO George Mikitarian.

In February, Parrish Healthcare notified Titus Landing’s landlord, The Inland Group, of the HVAC system malfunctions. Although the landlord has placed temporary cooling systems throughout Titus Landing, no timeline for a permanent fix has been provided and the conditions continue to worsen.

Given this is an unacceptable situation for patients, employees and visitors, Parrish Healthcare has no choice but to vacate the Titus Landing location, effective Monday, August 4, 2025, and has encouraged the other tenant, dialysis provider DaVita, to do the same.

“While we have initiated legal proceedings against the landlord, we cannot wait for the lawyers to do what is necessary, when the health and wellbeing of our patients and employees are at stake,” said Parrish Healthcare President/CEO George Mikitarian.

Parrish Healthcare teams will relocate all Titus Landing operations to alternate locations within the Parrish Healthcare system. Patients are being contacted and rescheduled accordingly.

Patients can reach their provider using the same phone number, 321-268-6868, or through the online patient portal by visiting https://www.parrishhealthcare.com/myhealth-portal/.

All Titus Landing operations are expected to be relocated and resuming normal operations in new locations by Monday, August 4, 2025.

More information will be shared as it becomes available. Please visit parrishhealthcare.com/Tituslandingrelocation for updates.
