Public Notice: Parrish Healthcare Center – Titus Landing HVAC System Malfunction

A Letter from President/CEO George Mikitarian

Beginning in February 2025, our Parrish Healthcare Center, located at 250 Harrison Street, Titusville, (Titus Landing), began to experience HVAC issues.

We have made repeated attempts to work with the landlord, The Inland Group, to correct the ongoing HVAC issues and it is now July, with the hottest months yet ahead of us, and there has been little to no results. While temporary cooling units are in place, the Landlord’s inability to fix the HVAC system is completely unacceptable. As such, we have been forced to engage legal counsel to begin legal proceedings against The Inland Group.

We apologize to our Care Partners, patients, and community for this unacceptable situation.

Be assured, we will continue to do our best to use temporary methods to keep the care environment cool, comfortable, and safe for everyone, while also aggressively pursuing prompt full resolution with the building’s Landlord.
