Community Rallies Behind Second Hopeful Hearts Supply Drive at Parrish Healthcare

TITUSVILLE, FLA. (June 30, 2025)—Parrish Healthcare is proud to announce the incredible success of its second annual Hopeful Hearts Supply Drive, a collaborative effort aimed at supporting individuals experiencing homelessness in North Brevard.

Through the generosity and compassion of our community and Care Partners at Parrish Healthcare, more than 1,400 essential items were collected and donated to LifePointe Ministries, helping to provide relief and protection during Florida’s hottest months.

The initiative, launched in partnership with Space Coast Health Centers, LifePointe Ministries and Under the Bridge Ministries, focused on collecting critical summer necessities including sunscreen, sunburn remedies, bug repellent, rain ponchos, reusable water bottles, hygiene products, reflective vests and more.

“This outpouring of support is a testament to the heart of our community,” said George Mikitarian, President and CEO of Parrish Healthcare. “Every single donated item represents hope, comfort and safety for individuals most in need. We are deeply grateful to everyone who gave, shared or supported our Hopeful Hearts Supply Drive in any way.”

Donation boxes were placed throughout lobbies of Parrish Medical Center, Parrish Healthcare Center at Titus Landing and Parrish Healthcare Center in Port St. John throughout the month of May, making it easy and convenient for individuals and families to contribute.

The donated supplies have since been delivered to LifePointe Ministries and will be distributed directly to individuals and families facing homelessness across North Brevard.
