Parrish Healthcare Soon to Open New North Titusville Location Plans to Expand Cancer Services and More

TITUSVILLE, FLA. (May 23, 2025)—Parrish Healthcare adds new location to its integrated care network with plans to open this summer. Parrish’s newest healthcare center is located at 490 N. Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL 32796.

In September 2024, Health First and Parrish Healthcare announced the signing of a real estate agreement that transferred ownership of the former Health First Cancer Institute building (490 N. Washington Ave, Titusville) to Parrish Healthcare. The transfer is complete and Parrish is finalizing its preparations for occupancy this summer.

The site will be the new home for the Parrish Healthcare Oncology Center as well as outpatient infusion services, laboratory services, certain diagnostics, medical offices and more.
