Parrish Healthcare Announces Phased Reopening of Titus Landing Location

TITUSVILLE, FLA. (October 31, 2025)—Parrish Healthcare is pleased to announce the beginning of a phased reopening of Parrish Healthcare Center at Titus Landing. Following progress in facility repairs, by the owner, The Inland Group, portions of the first floor of the building have reached a stage where it is safe to resume limited healthcare services. Repairs and restoration efforts by the owner are still ongoing throughout the remainder of the building. The second and third floors have not yet reached a point where services can safely return.

Parrish Medical Group Cardiology will be the first practice to reoccupy a portion of the first floor of the Titus Landing location. The practice is moving from its existing building located at 825 Century Medical Drive, due to flood damage sustained after the recent rain event. Phone and fax numbers, service offerings and hours of operation will remain the same for Parrish Medical Group Cardiology. Current cardiology patients with upcoming appointments are being contacted regarding the relocation of these services.

The first-floor diagnostic imaging and lab areas of the building are not yet at a point where services can resume. Updates regarding additional service returns will be shared as the owner informs us that more areas of the building are ready to reopen.
