Dr. Schafer is a very good and caring doctor. He explains everything and he also gives you options on what needs done with. I had a wrist injury, so he told me what the options were to kind of get it back into shape and did a very good job at it. The only reason I rated the appointment thing bad is because my crummy insurance company, made me prior off it, and made me wait for two weeks to have the appointment. Otherwise, his staff's excellent. It was your man that I rated the appointment thing bad for, not

What I'd like to add is the MA to Dr. Schafer was incredibly sweet. I bonded with her, I can't explain it, but she was incredible. I've never been in a doctor's office that I felt that cared about and that appreciated, and we just kind of clicked, just something about her. And also the doctor, the reason I chose him was because I was told by others that he was very thorough, and he was definitely very thorough. I have never had an exam like I did for carpal tunnel syndrome ever, and I've had that surgery th

Dr Schafer is amazing. He's real, direct and to the point which I respect. My recovery has been great so I know he did a great job with the surgery.

Dr Schafer and his staff are very nice. It was a relief to get treatment for my carpal tunnel after dealing with it for about 15 years.

When I went to check in, nobody was at the desk and I had to wait five minutes until somebody came around the corner eating and said somebody will be right with me and nobody was. And then when I checked out, I was told to schedule an appointment at the front and the girl told me to call the phone number on the paper which was the same office and I continued to call after I left there and nobody answered until the following day where they had to reorder the image request that I already had the paper for and

DR. Schafer is an amazing Ortho. Unfortunately with my injury he does not do spine surgery. So I had to leave Parish and now have to look in Orlando for another DR. I can trust and like, like Dr. Schafer. Please whatever the staffing problems are within Parish medical, Do everything you can to find and hire more great medical staff. It kind of stinks I have to go to Orlando to find a DR. When I live in Titusville. I don't know what's going on with Parish falling apart but please, I beg as a patient please f

When I call to make an appointment no one answers. I have to drive in to get an appointment. Also the staff and doctors don't have good communication skills with each other.
