I received a call the day before asking me to come in an hour earlier than i was previously told because they had an opening. I did so and waited over 2 hours before i saw the dr. The office and dr had my info as personal treatment when all my paperwork clearly stated it was workman's comp. The dr prescribed me different medication than what he told me he was going too. Office sent my scripts to Bill my insurance instead of workman's comp.

I went to the wrong building. The building in Titusville was having air conditioning problems, and I forgot to go to Port Saint John. When I got to Titusville, I called them and they immediately said, come down to the other office

Dr. Glenn and his staff were very interested in my complaints and acted accordingly. Treated me with respect and patience. I am very pleased with my care

Actually, I never saw Dr. Glenn. That's why you see so many one responses. I happen to think he's a terrific doctor because he treated me before. I never did get to see him because he was very much running behind. I rescheduled my visit and I think it would be far more appropriate for you to look for my feedback after the visit where I actually see him. Bye.

I have been seeing Dr. Glenn for years and he has done nothing but been respectful and patient and loving with me. Thank you.

The receptionist (s) at the front desk are not always very pleasant. The one with butterfly tattoo on her throat is not a pleasant person. I try to avoid her.

The main problems that I have experienced at PMG was with the staff. 1. not showing up. 2. refusing to deliver messages. And that the hospital portal and PMG portal are two separate entities.

I love Dr Glenn's office staff and him alike. They are the best. He's always so generous with his time to you. He doesn't try to make you feel rushed. The staff that he has there are great very nice and personable. Ask you how you're doing. In my opinion, they're the best.
