Jonathan Lubitz

I enjoy coming to see Dr. Lubitz. He cares and is very professional. His staff is very caring as well. The only thing I do have to comment bad about is every time I call the office nobody ever answers the phone and I have to drive to the office to talk to someone. I spoke to the receptionist about this and she said yes the calls to a main operator or something to that effect. Other than that it's all good for this office.

Doctor Lubitz and office staff are professional and empathetic.

The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. We didn't know the dr we were seeing and she made phones and did everything she could to help us out.

Parrish medical professionals and staff are always friendly and helpful. That's why I stay in that medical group.

Yes, they didn't call me right away. It was several days. I left a few messages. So finally I went into the office to get my x-rays and I canceled my appointment because I wanted to talk to them about making some arrangements and they never did call back.

The only complaint I have is that I had to complete several pages of information about me and my health insurance, etc. It took a very long time and some of the questions were duplicates

Kind, friendly Doctor detail with his information explain with detail the actual cause of the problem showed me the illustration x-ray of the injury seem like a very nice guy very informative and friendly. Show me the corrective actions that needs to be done..

The entire experience was made quick and easy by great staff.

Receptionist was filling in for absent person and was bossy, and condescending. Doctor seemed very rushed and there was limited communication. Contemplating not returning to this office.
