She was fabulous. I'm so happy that I went to see her the other day. And she was tremendously helpful. And I want to thank you for everything you're doing.

I was impressed I got follow up Appt next day....sometimes you have to wait a few days or weeks.....Julia Haupt was very nice and knowledgeable....I recognized her from when i had my Gallbladder out she cared for me... nurse that took BP was very nice also didnt get her name...they both listened to my story of what happened....Julia even called me back to let me know the update on my prescriptions...hadn't been to PSJ before...a very nice facility. Had to go there due to AC issues with the one in Titus Land

Julia was very caring and friendly. She explained the I did not understand in plain English. I left her office feeling well informed about my stay in the hospital and my health.

Julia the Nurse Practitioner was great. She listened to my concerns and we decided on a plan. Made my 6 month appointment before leaving. I don't understand why the phones didn't work for over a week. Not good for a doctors office.

ARNP Haupt was exceptionally a pleasure to have as my Medical Attendant. She was very through with my exam, listened to my needs and concerns. She was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about her job.

I was impressed because they were very sure to take extra care and time and everything which is sometimes unusual anymore. Mostly it's get you in and get you out. And so hopefully that's a real good implication of the quality of what you serve.
