Dr. Navas and his team are amazing!! We are going through a very difficult and uncertain time with my pregnancy right now and he went out of his way to talk to us, explain, answer questions, and accommodate us for urgent appointments. I am beyond grateful to be under his care. Thank you Dr.Navas!!

Your staff is wonderful, your doctor is amazing, but having to sit and wait when I have an appointment for 40 minutes and there was no emergency is totally unacceptable at this point.

Dr Navas has the most perfect bedside manners. His explanations are easy to understand and he makes you feel very at ease.

The doctor who attends to me is always very professional, but the customer service is very poor. They never answer the phone, and many times, they treat you in a rude manner.

From the time my appointment was scheduled for to when I left it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. The wait time combined with wait for the MD was much longer than it needed to be, especially for a prenatal appointment. Considering how many prenatal appointments we must attend and that we still both work full time, the total appointment time shouldn't be this long. To note, I am in my 3rd trimester and I have had one, maybe two, prenatal appointment that actually started in a timely manner.
