Dr. Wong listened to my current problems and medical history to offer solutions and options as I was a new patient.

The doctor was great. The technician was marginal.

Prescriptions were handled as requested, information about blood draw allocations was provided; and follow up was requested. Normal professional conduct.

Yes, my primary care doctor was changed to another doctor without anybody notifying me in advance.

During my visit, I specifically asked them to change my pharmacy. I thought they did and when the order went through for all my drugs to be renewed, it went to the old pharmacy. So I had to straighten that out. Other than that, the visit was very good. Thank you.

The provider dis not discuss meds nor did he discuss the need for testing blood thinner. He did not order labs to validate med prescriptions. Such as cholesterol, PR/INR, thyroid meds, etc. I do not have a lot of confidence in dr Wong.
