Discharge from the hospital is a big day, and one we at Parrish Medical Center want to make sure every patient is prepared for. Although your acute care has concluded, this does not mean you will be back to full strength upon your discharge. Patients are released from the hospital once it is believed they can safely continue their recovery in the comfort of their own homes. For this reason, there are some things you should keep in mind as you get ready for your return home.
If you are in need of a service to help you with any of this post-discharge needs, our team will refer you to local resources that can assist you. We are here for you when you need us.
